IMPORTANT – ONE WAIVER PER PARTICIPANT

This waiver is valid for ONE participant only.

Every person attending an investigation with The Daily Detour Paranormal must personally complete and submit their own individual waiver.

If a group of five people is attending, all five participants must complete a separate waiver.

Everyone attending as part of the same booking must enter the same Investigation Date.

If the group has a paranormal team name or agreed booking name, every participant must enter the same Team Name so that their waivers can be connected to the correct booking.

A waiver cannot be completed on behalf of another person and one waiver will not cover an entire team or group.
